At WholesaleNext, we get your bulk orders packed, shipped, and delivered to your doorstep as fast as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping times, custom orders, and tracking.

Order Processing

• All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 weeks from the date of order confirmation and receipt of payment.
• Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days, depending on the destination and the courier service.

Bulk Orders

• Orders of more than 60 pieces may require an additional 1 week for production and dispatch.

Embroidery Orders

• Products requiring custom embroidery involve additional production time. Please allow an extra 1 week beyond the standard processing time for all embroidered items.

Shipping Delays

We partner with the world's most reliable express couriers to protect your stock:

• Our Carriers: We ship all packages through FedEx and DHL.
• Possible Delays: Shipping times are good estimates, but delays can sometimes happen due to customs checks, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen logistical circumstances. We appreciate your patience!

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with the tracking details so you can monitor your shipment until it reaches you.

For order above 50 pcs, we offer free labels service, designs is provided by you and we stitch your custom labels in the garment free of cost.

Returns are applicable for only defective items, You may share the image and little briefing about the issue over email at info@wholesalenext.com and once approved, we will initiate the process for refund within 5 - 7 working days.

Note: Sale or custom made items are non refundable as they are deeply discounted.

If measurements fall between two sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size for a more comfortable and flattering fit.
